Privacy

What we collect

• Email address when you join the free weekday brief (and optional source tag such as home / sample).
• Payment details if you buy Operator / founding via Stripe — card numbers stay with Stripe; we see billing email and subscription status Stripe shares with us.
• Standard hosting / security logs (IP, user agent) from our host when you load the site or hit the subscribe API.

Processors

• Vercel — site hosting and serverless API.
• Vercel Blob — private waitlist / signup store for free-brief emails.
• Resend — email delivery for the free brief once we send (domain verified; broadcasts still held until cleared).
• Stripe — Operator and founding checkout and billing portal.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot check on subscribe only when site + secret keys are configured (otherwise skipped).

We do not sell your email. We do not rent or trade the list. We do not invent subscriber counts or fake testimonials.

How we use it

• Send the free weekday brief and rare product notes.
• Fulfill Operator / founding subscriptions via Stripe.
• Abuse prevention and basic ops (spam, rate limits).

Unsubscribe / delete

Every commercial email will include an unsubscribe path. Until broadcasts start, email agentopsbrief@gmail.com with subject Unsubscribe or Delete my email and we will remove you from the free-brief list. Stripe subscribers cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal (link in Stripe receipts).
